The stranding machine is a kind of twisting mechanical equipment that can be widely used in various types of soft/hard conductor wires, twisting multiple single conductors into one strand to meet the process requirements of the wire. There are three types of discrete single twister, horizontal cantilever single twister and suspension frame single twister. It is mainly used in high-frequency wires such as HDMI, DP, USB, CAT-7, electronic wires, data wires, electronic wire core wires and multi-strand wires.
At present, pneumatic pinch valves are mainly used in cantilever single stranding machines. When a single wire passes through the rubber hose of the pinch valve, closing the valve to achieve the purpose of clamping the wire. Because pneumatic pinch valve is soft sealing, there is no harm to the wire when clamped. so the use of pneumatic pinch valves to clamp the wire is gradually popular, which can better protect the wire while clamping.
Pneumatic pinch valve can be completely sealed under enough pressure difference, and maintain zero leakage to media such as gas, water, oil, gas, etc. Therefore, theoretically, no matter how thin the wire is , it all can be clamped by pneumatic pinch valve.
The choice of control pressure is based on the actual conditions of each manufacturer. Generally, it is recommended to use the lowest pressure difference, which will not only cause less damage to wire, but also the valve will have longer lifetime .
